2. Booking & Payments
– All bookings must be made through our official mail confirmation or authoriszed platforms.
– Payments must be completed before the tour/workshop/internship begins.
– Cancellation and refund policies apply—refer to Section 6.

3. Wildlife Tours, Workshops & Internships
– Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by our team.
– We prioritisze ethical wildlife practices—harassment of animals or damage to ecosystems is strictly prohibited.
– Sanchari Expeditions is not responsible for injuries or incidents that occur due to participant negligence.

4. Code of Conduct
– Respect for nature, local communities, and fellow participants is mandatory.
– Any form of misconduct, including harmful behavior or violation of wildlife laws, may result in removal from the programme without refund.

5. Intellectual Property
– All photographs, videos, and content created during our programs belong to the photographer but may be used for promotional purposes by Sanchari Expeditions (with credit).
– Unauthorised use of company materials, branding, or intellectual property is prohibited.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancellation requests must be made [15 days] before the scheduled tour/workshop for a partial refund 50% . (See our Refunds Policy for details)

– No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations, except in cases of medical emergencies (proof required).
– If the Sanchari Expedition cancels an event due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, participants may receive a refund or reschedule.

7. Liability & Disclaimer
– Participation in wildlife expeditions carries inherent risks. By joining, participants acknowledge that Sanchari Expeditions is not liable for injuries, loss, or unforeseen events.
– We do our best to provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee wildlife sightings or perfect conditions.

8. Use of Funds & Social Impact
– A portion of our earnings supports sponsorship projects and tribal children’s scholarships. By booking with us, you contribute to these efforts.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
– We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued participation indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
