Refund Policy – Sanchari Expeditions

At Sanchari Expeditions, we strive to provide exceptional experiences in wildlife photography, tours, and workshops. While we understand that plans can change, our refund policy ensures fairness and transparency for all bookings.

1. Cancellation by Participants
– More than 30 days before the scheduled tour/workshop– Eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling.
– 15 days before the event – Partial refund or credit for a future tour/workshop.
– Less than 7 days before the event– No refunds, except in cases of medical emergencies (proof required).


2. Cancellation by Sanchari Expeditions
– If a tour, workshop, or internship is canceled due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or safety concerns, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. No-Show Policy
– Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Payment & Processing
– Refunds will be processed within 3 business days using the original payment method.
– Any applicable service fees or bank charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Special Cases
– Requests for refunds due to medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
